Świadoma Architektura

Żyjemy w czasach, gdy coraz większą wagę przywiązuje się do kwestii związanych ze środowiskiem oraz z samym społeczeństwem. W obliczu długiej i bezmyślnej eksploatacji Ziemi, ludzie zmuszeni są do nowych poszukiwań, tak w planowaniu miast, w projektowaniu architektury, jak i w zmianie stylu życia. Wciąż powstają nowe stowarzyszenia i fundacje mające na celu poprawienie sytuacji życiowej dla tych najbardziej potrzebujących. 

Świadoma architektura to według mnie narzędzie do wywołania pozytywnych zmian społecznych. To wykorzystywanie współczesnych technologii w celu osiągnięcia niezależności energetycznej. To wykorzystywanie i kreatywne przetwarzanie dostępnych materiałów do budowy nowej rzeczywistości. To w końcu zwrot ku naturze i inspiracja zasadami funkcjonowania ekosystemów, w taki sposób by każdy człowiek miał prawo do czystej wody, zdrowej żywności oraz energii.

Architecture is a tool to improve lives.

The vision behind, and motivation for my work is to explore and use architecture as a medium to strengthen cultural and individual confidence, to support local economies and to foster the ecological balance. Joyful living is a creative and active process and I am deeply interested in the sustainable development of our society and our architecture. For me, sustainability is a synonym for beauty: a building that is harmonious in its design, structure, technique and use of materials, as well as with the location, the environment, the user, the socio-cultural context. This, for me, is what defines its sustainable and aesthetic value.

Conscious Architecture

We live in times, where more importance is attached to the environmental and social issues. In the face of long and mindless exploitation of the earth, people are forced to search for new approach in city planning, in designig architecture and in changing the life style. There are more and more associations and fundations, which aim to make life situation better for those most in need.

Conscious architecture is, for me, a tool to provoke positive social change. It's a use of new technology to achieve energetical independence. It's a use and creative transformation of available materials to build a new reality. It is finally a swing to nature and inspiration of the rules of ecosystem in the way that every person has a right to clean water, healthy food and energy.
